Palmiter Business Solutions Inc. is a small, family-run insurance agency. This page explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• When you fill out our “Get started” form: your name, phone, email, birth date, county, current coverage, pharmacy, and any medications and doctors you choose to share.
• When you book an appointment: your name, phone, email, the time you picked, how you’d like to meet, the plan types you’d like to discuss, and any medications and doctors you choose to share.

Every question except your name and phone number is optional. Leave anything blank you’d rather tell us in person.

How we use it

• To contact you the way you said we may (phone, email or both).
• To prepare for your appointment, such as checking your doctors and prescriptions against plans.
• To send your appointment confirmation.

Who sees it

Only our three licensed agents: Aaron, Bre and Colleen Palmiter. Medications, doctors and birth dates are never put in emails. They stay on our private, password-protected team page.

We use a few service companies to run this website: Vercel (website hosting), Upstash (secure data storage) and Resend (sending confirmation emails). They store or move the information only so the website works. They don’t use it for anything else.

What we never do

• We never sell your information.
• We never share it with other agencies, marketers or call centers.
• We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we’re helping you, and as long as insurance rules require us to keep records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless we’re required to keep it.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 4 organizations which offer 13 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. Not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
